What this site collects

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Visiting a page does not create a profile of you.

The one place personal data is collected is the enquiry form on the contact page. It asks for a name, an organisation, a business email address, an optional project type and a message. Submitting it is the only way this site sends anything about you anywhere.

Why, and on what basis

That information is used to answer the enquiry and, where a conversation follows, to carry it forward. The lawful basis is the legitimate interest of both parties in responding to a business enquiry, and, where a project follows, the steps taken prior to entering a contract.

Who else processes it

The form is delivered by FormBold, an external form-handling service, which receives the contents of the submission in order to pass it on. Your message is transmitted through that provider and delivered to PhasedConnect.

The website is served from infrastructure operated for PhasedConnect in Europe. Standard web server logs, including IP addresses, are generated as a normal part of serving requests.

Fonts and external requests

Typefaces are served from this domain. No request is made to a third-party font service, which means your IP address is not disclosed to one in order to render this page. Earlier versions of this site did load fonts externally; that dependency has been removed.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation they belong to remains relevant, and are removed when it does not.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may request access to the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to its processing, or ask for it to be restricted. Write to us and we will act on it.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
